
Scrapyard Revolt - Scrapyard Hideout
This piece is a part of a game concept I have been developing named “Scrapyard Revolt”, that explores themes of classism and revolution with a blended waste punk and sci-fi aesthetic.
This piece is a concepted environment and call out for a revolutionists hideout in a slum outside of a major futuristic city. This building would be the main hub during game play, where players are assigned quests, select characters, and craft gear out of collected scraps from previous missions.
Built in Blender and painted over in photoshop, this was a wonderful exploration of how to blend 2D and 3D methods in order to streamline workflow and create quick and effective breakdowns for modelers and environment artists.
